What we need from you?
STL files for both upper and lower jaws, full mouth CEPH X-Ray and/or CBCT, patient front and side photos, we will communicate with you during the treatment plan design and have you approve the case before we manufacture the braces. Treatment plan cost is included. Give us a call, your 1st test case is $500 only!
If you have purchased our brackets, 3D printer and resin, then you can just order a treatment plan.
