The Hawley Retainer Wire Bending Robot is a chairside digital orthodontic system designed to automate the bending process for Hawley retainer wires and other orthodontic wire appliances. It helps dental labs and orthodontic clinics improve production efficiency, reduce manual bending errors, and create more consistent wire designs with digital precision.

This system supports multiple common orthodontic wire structures, including Adams clasp, labial bow, lingual bow, tongue gate, TPA, Nance bow, labial bumper, welded retainer, and more. With digital design and automated bending, it allows users to complete customized wire appliances faster and with better repeatability.

The system combines AI-assisted tooth segmentation, 3D wire design, automatic camera recognition, manual adjustment, digital wire slot design, arrow head digging holes, digital model fence, and 3D printing model output. It provides a complete digital workflow from model design to wire bending.
